Who is responsible

Henry and Co UK Limited, trading as Intelligent Studios, is responsible for the information collected through this client area. The company is registered in England and Wales with company number 02493699. Its registered office is Unit E8 Park Farm Centre, Allestree, Derby, England, DE22 2QN.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide your private coaching workspace:

• your name, email address and organisation;
• your questionnaire answers about your goals, current use of AI, working environment, time pressures and preferred way of learning;
• your questionnaire progress, submission status and relevant dates;
• basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

Your password is handled by our authentication provider. Intelligent Studios cannot see it.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage secure access, prepare and deliver coaching, agree useful priorities with you and maintain continuity during the coaching relationship.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. It is in our legitimate interests, and those of the client organisation, to prepare and deliver the agreed business coaching effectively. We limit collection and access to what is reasonably needed for that purpose.

We do not use questionnaire answers for marketing, unrelated profiling or training AI models. The questionnaire does not make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it

Access is limited to you and authorised Intelligent Studios administrators. We use carefully selected service providers to operate the client area:

• Supabase provides authentication and the database. The staging project is in London, and the production project will use the same London region before live launch.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to operate it.
• Resend sends a completion notice to Intelligent Studios. The notice contains your name or account email, completion status and a secure link. It does not contain questionnaire answers.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We will normally delete your client account and questionnaire within 12 months after your final coaching session. We may keep information for longer only where a legal or contractual requirement applies, or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to correct your information, provide a copy, close your account or delete information earlier. You may also have rights to restrict or object to how your information is used.
